Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Minnesota RN license is required.
  • Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS Certification.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing leadership and supervision to the Skilled Nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Monitor clinical operations, staffing levels, and patient outcomes to optimize efficiency and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of nursing activities, residents’ records, and regulatory reports in accordance with facility policies.
