Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Certifications Requirements: Dietary Certification (e.g., Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)), ServSafe Food Handler Certification, and Healthcare Management Certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a dietary or food service setting.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work in a hospital environment, strong leadership and communication skills, physical ability to stand for extended periods, and proficiency in hospital EMR systems.
