We're looking for a detail-oriented Contract Data Analyst to support a busy procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, documents, and systems while gaining valuable experience in procurement and contract management.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and organize contract information and documents
- Review data for accuracy and ensure quality standards are met
- Track contract status, renewals, and compliance
- Create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Support process improvements and help streamline workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data, documents, and multiple computer systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data management, supply chain, procurement, or business support is a plus
