Description
Contract Coordinator is responsible for the accurate creation and revision terms of all service contracts in accounting software.
Job Responsibilities
Position Duties:
- Manage the contract process by establishing a workflow. Ensure attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor contract pricing and renewals
- Maintain responsibility for implementation, cancellation and tracking of all contracts.
- Implement a process and documentation procedure to assist in these functions.
- Responsible for receiving and processing incoming reporting checks from analysts completing all installs.
- Provide sales and customer support regarding but not limited to contract pricing, billing histories, cancellations, problem resolutions and invoice histories.
- Maintains all reports, files, spreadsheets necessary to accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Works well in a team environment
- Able to work with a diverse group of people
- Experience with E-Automate (EA) a BIG plus!
