• Maintain accurate records and manage the contract/counterparty database.
• Collaborate with maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors.
• Apply standardized processes and procedures with a focus on quality improvement.
• Provide leadership on maintenance execution, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Designation as a paralegal or relevant college degree.
• 10 years of experience in contract negotiations, legal compliance, and financial risk management.
• Expert-level knowledge in contract law, compliance frameworks, and financial risk mitigation.
• Experience in power plant or utility construction projects.
• Valid, non-restricted driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferences

• Experience with Proforma development and assumption validation.
• Background in power plant equipment and technical issue resolution.
