• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a certification or degree in dietary management or food service administration is preferred.
• Certifications Requirements: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred; ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification; CPR certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in dietary management or food service within a healthcare setting; experience with long-term care facilities.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work dayshift (8 AM - 5 PM); strong organizational and communication skills; must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
