Contract-based Tulsa, Oklahoma Family Law Litigation Attorney Opportunity – In-Person Court Coverage

Our client Oklahoma Law Firm has an opportunity for a qualified, highly experienced, and confident Oklahoma Family Law Litigation Attorney to assist a busy and growing Tulsa family law practice.

This is a contract-based opportunity with a significant emphasis on in-person hearings and court appearances in the Tulsa area. Appearances may be needed multiple times per week.

Attorney Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person court and hearing coverage in the Tulsa area
  

• Represent clients in contested family law proceedings
  

• Review case files and prepare for hearings and court appearances
  

• Handle hearings independently and confidently
  

• Communicate with the firm's attorneys and legal team regarding case developments and outcomes
  

• Assist with litigation strategy and other family law matters as needed
  

• Collaborate with the firm's legal team to ensure effective representation
  

Attorney Requirements:

• Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar
  

• Must be based in or near Tulsa, Oklahoma
  

• Strong Oklahoma family law litigation experience
  

• Extensive courtroom and contested hearing experience
  

• Strong knowledge of Oklahoma family law and court procedures
  

• Ability to independently handle hearings and court appearances
  

• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills
  

• Strong litigation judgment and professionalism
  

• Excellent communication and client relationship-management skills
  

• Highly responsive, reliable, and proactive
  

• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and firm staff
  

• Experience with MyCase is a plus
  

• Must be available for regular in-person court appearances in Tulsa
  

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80 per hour.
