WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A STAFFING COORDINATOR

• Recruit & Hire: Source, interview, and match candidates with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
• Coordinate Onboarding: Manage hiring paperwork, background checks, references, and drug screenings.
• Build Relationships: Support employees, communicate with clients, and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Keep Things Running: Coordinate assignments, monitor performance, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay Compliant: Follow employment regulations and WSC quality standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A STAFFING COORDINATOR

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• A customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask.
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus!
