Ideally, you will know about government procurement and contracts, negotiate and manage a variety of contract types, be able to manage and resolve contract matters, and support procurement by advising on, negotiating, and drafting supplier contracts. You will have demonstrated leadership, technical, organizational, and communication skills. We operate in a highly regulated industry, and familiarity with federal regulations in respect of DOT, FRA, and FTA is a plus.We are responsible for the strategic management of contracts as well as claims and disputes that may arise in connection with those contracts. As part of our team, you will provide contract and claim advice during public procurements and contract negotiations, as well as throughout project execution, including the ability to draft claims, position papers, and other legal documents.
