A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview) This role is responsible for the end-to-end processing of High Voltage Circuit Breaker orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Key responsibilities include validating orders against current pricing, entering and managing customer purchase orders within SAP to support efficient order fulfillment, and coordinating the seamless handover of orders to cross-functional teams. The position also involves managing customer inquiries, securing necessary exemptions, supporting reporting activities, and assisting with collections as needed. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, enhancing customer experience, and supporting overall operational efficiency, while contributing to additional tasks as required within the function.

How You'll Make an Impact (responsibilities) Own and manage the end-to-end order entry process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all customer orders

Verify and maintain all required documentation (e.g., purchase orders, contracts, tax documents, bonds/guarantees) while creating and managing organized electronic sales order records

Coordinate cross-functional handoffs from sales/marketing to engineering and collaborate with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations and delivery timelines are met

Administer and track the change order process, ensuring proper documentation, control, and communication of all modifications

Generate periodic reports and order summaries, providing visibility into order status, performance metrics, and key updates

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and sales channels, providing status updates, supporting collections activities, and preparing export documentation for shipments

What You Bring (requirements) Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered

2-3 years of experience in a similar order processing, customer service, or administrative role

Strong attention to detail with a self-starter mindset and excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively

Proficient in SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word), with the ability to maintain accurate data and support reporting needs

Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively, while remaining goal-oriented and adaptable to change
