Short Description
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator III to independently manage commercial contracts and support the organizations contracting operations, governance, and compliance processes across the full contract lifecycle. This senior individual contributor will independently manage a diverse portfolio of customer, vendor, confidentiality, and other commercial agreements; draft and review contract language; coordinate approvals and execution; and maintain accurate contract records and reporting. The role partners closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, Licensing, Compliance, IT, and other business teams to identify risk, improve contracting workflows, and help the business move efficiently within established legal and governance standards. Success will be measured through contract quality, sound judgment, and continuous improvement of contracting processes.
Location: Las Vegas (hybrid, 3 days in the office).

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $65,000- $70,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
