GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for administration of contractual obligations for assigned programs. Serves as point of contact for contract department with the Program Manager. Reports directly to the Director of Contracts.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: Considerable to extensive experience in Administering Government Contracts in a defense, shipbuilding, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Considerable knowledge of Company policies, procedures and practices or the ability to acquire it quickly. Ability to establish and meet goals, and to lead and function on a team effectively with all employee levels. Strong analytical, organizations, and communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Problem solving and critical thinking. Organization and time management.
