Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and evaluate key Legal Department operations.
- Improve processes related to legal intake and matter management.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and marketing legal operations.
- Collaborate on cross-functional legal initiatives to drive efficiency.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of experience in legal operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
- Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency within a legal department.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with legal intake systems.
- Familiarity with trademark operations.
- Background in cross-functional project management.
