    Job Requirements
    • Education Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification or equivalent required
    • Certifications Requirements: CPR and BLS certifications; State licensure as an LPN
    • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ER, Med/Surg, and Long-Term Care settings; Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred
    • Other Requirements: Ability to float between LTC, Med/Surg, and ER; Strong communication skills; Flexibility to work night shifts; Ability to pass background and health screenings

    Job Responsibilities
    • Provide high-quality patient care in LTC, ER, Med/Surg, and Critical Access Hospital settings, adhering to established protocols and standards.
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient treatment plans.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
    • Execute float assignments to Med/Surg and ER as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in diverse clinical environments.
    • Assist with orientation and training of new staff and agency personnel as required, ensuring smooth integration into the facility.
