Aurora Location:
The COC Program Coordinator supports Kane County"s Continuum of Care and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) through coordination of data, reporting, compliance tracking, and administrative activities. Responsibilities include monitoring established program requirements and deadlines; coordinating information and documentation for HUD reporting and the annual CoC funding competition; supporting Point-in-Time and Housing Inventory Count activities; conducting HMIS data-quality reviews; maintaining required program records and agreements; and working with partner agencies to support accurate, timely, and compliant CoC and HMIS activities.
