Lead a production crew to deliver safe, high-quality output—every shift, every run. If you thrive on coaching people, standardizing processes, and driving measurable results, this role is built for you.
Outcomes you will own
Daily huddles that align the team on production targets, quality checkpoints, and updates from other sites and departments.
Clear communication of safety, quality, and operational information to all team members.
On-the-floor coaching in safety, performance, attendance, training, housekeeping/5S, and quality expectations.
Investigation and closure of accidents, injuries, and near misses; implement corrective and preventive actions (engineering controls, training, etc.).
Audits in safety, training, and quality with timely countermeasures to address gaps.
Support for company compliance with TS16949 and any customer-required certifications.
Assignment and coordination of daily work, matching skills to demand.
Fair and consistent administration of disciplinary actions when violations occur.
Assistance with materials planning and logistics to maintain flow.
Review and reconciliation of operator-submitted production data.
Accurate processing of payroll and attendance records.
Participation in preventive maintenance to protect uptime.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred (not required).
3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
What we look for

Ability to work any shift with regular, predictable attendance.

Valid driver’s license for business travel.
Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed, including weekends and holidays.
