Position Summary:

The Continuous Improvement & Systems Analyst supports Cumberland Farms' Warehouse Operations organization by providing analytical, technical, and project support for continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse systems, and operational reporting. Working under the direction of the Senior Continuous Improvement & Systems Manager, this position helps optimize warehouse performance through process analysis, Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System support, KPI development, and cross-functional project coordination.

Here are some of the tasks you will complete:

Continuous Improvement

• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives across all Warehouse Operations departments.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for improved safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain process maps, standard work, and operational documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and measure results of implemented improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout Warehouse Operations.

Blue Yonder & Systems

• Support administration and optimization of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements and upgrades.
• Document business requirements and maintain system documentation.
• Troubleshoot operational system issues with Information Technology.
• Support warehouse users during system implementations and process changes.

Operational Analytics

• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze productivity, labor, inventory, replenishment, and customer service metrics.
• Provide executive reporting and operational insights.
• Support forecasting and operational planning through data analysis.

Projects & Store Support

• Support cross-functional warehouse projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate project documentation, timelines, and status reporting.
• Assist the Store Support function by investigating operational issues and recommending solutions.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Control, Transportation, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and HR.

Training & Documentation

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Create operational training materials and job aids.
• Support leadership onboarding and documentation updates following process changes.

Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Education:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management coursework or certification

Minimum Experience: Three or more years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, business analytics, or continuous improvement, including experience supporting warehouse management systems.

Scheduling: This is a full-time exempt position supporting Warehouse Operations. Flexibility to support multiple shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours may be required based on operational priorities and project schedules.

Hours & Conditions: Position Type: Full-Time (Exempt)

Travel: Minimal (Less than 10%)

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in office and warehouse environments, including ambient, cooler, and freezer areas. Frequent walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
