About the Role
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance and streamline manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing techniques. While experience in furniture production is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
- Introduce best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.
- Train and engage team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement.
- Proven success in workflow optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in upholstered furniture manufacturing is a plus.
