Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the Role

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance and streamline manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing techniques. While experience in furniture production is preferred, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
  
• Introduce best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.
  
• Train and engage team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Uphold safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement strategies.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement.
  
• Proven success in workflow optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Experience in upholstered furniture manufacturing is a plus.
