Continuous Improvement Specialist
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support technology-enabled operations through process optimization, workflow standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will focus on identifying operational inefficiencies, improving workflows, supporting system integrations, and helping drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with multiple departments, and helping teams become more efficient through Lean and process improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Conduct process mapping, workflow documentation, and SOP updates
  • Support KPI tracking, reporting, and operational data analysis
  • Assist with integration projects, implementation timelines, and Go-Live activities
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for tracking risks, deadlines, and project progress
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support
  • Support issue resolution and follow-up activities related to operational improvements
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for leadership review
  • Help train, coach, and support employees on new processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable with data analysis tools and dashboard reporting platforms
  • Experience supporting operational improvement projects or process optimization initiatives
Preferred Background
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
  • Experience within SaaS, technology-enabled operations, hardware, IoT, distribution, or operational environments
  • Experience leading Kaizen events or continuous improvement workshops
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Power BI, or similar platforms
