Continuous Improvement Specialist
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support technology-enabled operations through process optimization, workflow standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will focus on identifying operational inefficiencies, improving workflows, supporting system integrations, and helping drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with multiple departments, and helping teams become more efficient through Lean and process improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvement
Conduct process mapping, workflow documentation, and SOP updates
Support KPI tracking, reporting, and operational data analysis
Assist with integration projects, implementation timelines, and Go-Live activities
Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for tracking risks, deadlines, and project progress
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support
Support issue resolution and follow-up activities related to operational improvements
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for leadership review
Help train, coach, and support employees on new processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Comfortable with data analysis tools and dashboard reporting platforms
Experience supporting operational improvement projects or process optimization initiatives
Preferred Background
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
Experience within SaaS, technology-enabled operations, hardware, IoT, distribution, or operational environments
Experience leading Kaizen events or continuous improvement workshops
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Power BI, or similar platforms
