    Key Responsibilities

    As Continuous Improvement Manager, you are the site owner of the ESCO Operating System (EOS) and drive measurable gains in customer satisfaction and operational/financial performance. You'll set the cadence, standards, and follow-through that improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People results.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Deploy, govern, and sustain EOS: tiered daily management boards, KPI architecture/dashboards, visual management, Kaizen, maturity assessments, and roadmap execution
    • Lead cost productivity initiatives; build and manage the savings pipeline; partner with Finance to validate P&L impact
    • Standardize KPI definitions, protect data integrity, and drive countermeasures aligned from daily boards through MBRs
    • Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, line balancing)
    • Build problem-solving capability and influence leaders without formal authority

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Operations, Business, or related)
    • Lean Sigma training/certification (or equivalent)
    • 7+ years manufacturing/operations; 3+ years CI/OE
