Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, yield, productivity, and cost while building sustainable processes that support long-term operational success. The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the Continuous Improvement Team and Development Team (Training), working closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Shipping & Receiving to drive measurable results across the plant.
The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment. They will spend significant time on the production floor, partnering with employees and leaders to understand challenges, implement solutions, and sustain improvements.

- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing or other high-volume production environment.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives with measurable operational and business results.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees or teams.
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to improve operational performance.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered an asset. Proven experience applying continuous improvement principles to solve problems, improve performance, and deliver measurable results is strongly valued. #LI-LP1
