POSITION SUMMARY

The Continuous Improvement Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and enhancing organizational performance across multiple program areas. This role serves as a flexible resource to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth within SERCO of Texas operations. This position is designed to provide cross-functional support wherever improvement is needed across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current workflows, procedures, and service delivery methods to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement
  • Develop, recommend, and implement process improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor progress toward measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with department leads and frontline staff to redesign processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Document improved processes and ensure proper implementation across teams

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for leadership review
  • Present data-driven findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across program areas and provide regular progress updates
  • Utilize data to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts

Program Compliance

  • Monitor program activities to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local workforce regulations and contract requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and quality assurance reviews across program areas
  • Identify compliance risks and work with leadership to develop corrective action plans
  • Stay current on workforce development policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Support preparation for external monitoring reviews and audits

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field required
  • Master's degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, program analysis, or a related field
  • Experience in workforce development, social services, or a similar environment strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of leading improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of workforce development programs and compliance requirements preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer workstation
  • Occasional travel to various SERCO of Texas locations may be required
