Immediate need for a talented Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator/ Quality & Safety Oversight Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Continuing Medical Education (CME) Administration Independently manage documentation for accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities. Maintain electronic files and regional databases containing educational activities, attendance records, learner information, and CME credit data. Ensure complete accuracy, organization, and compliance of all CME documentation. Maintain confidential educational records and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Learning Management System Administration Build and maintain the annual schedule of CME educational programs. Enter and maintain Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) within the Learning Management System (LMS). Update sessions, schedules, faculty information, attendance, and learner records. Troubleshoot scheduling or data issues within the LMS. Physician Education Support Collaborate closely with physician planners throughout the planning process. Prepare educational surveys and learner assessments used to evaluate physician education outcomes. Collect and organize evaluation results and reporting metrics. Assist physician faculty with documentation required for accreditation. Accreditation & Compliance Review speaker disclosures and presentation materials for compliance with CME accreditation standards. Vet educational content and identify potential conflicts or compliance concerns. Prepare agendas, educational packets, flyers, and participant materials. Ensure all CME activities meet internal quality standards and accreditation requirements. Training & Program Coordination Train physician planners and administrative staff on CME planning processes. Educate teams on documentation requirements, accreditation standards, evaluation processes, and workflow expectations. Serve as a resource for questions regarding CME procedures and educational compliance. Event & Conference Coordination Coordinate conference rooms and meeting logistics. Arrange catering and event support services. Support multimedia and audiovisual needs for medical education conferences. Assist with onsite coordination of educational events as needed. Administrative Support Maintain multiple educational calendars and event schedules. Track deadlines, attendance, educational credits, and documentation. Prepare reports and maintain regional databases. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: High School Diploma with relevant experience OR College education preferred. Minimum 4 years of administrative, education coordination, healthcare operations, training coordination, project coordination, or related experience. Strong experience using: Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Teams Excellent organizational and documentation management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Experience supporting Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs. Learning Management System (LMS) experience. Healthcare administration experience. Experience coordinating physician education or clinical training programs. Knowledge of accreditation or regulatory documentation processes. Event planning or conference coordination experience.
