Job Description & Responsibilities:

• This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of contingent workers within the organization.
  The position is responsible for ensuring the accurate management of workforce data, maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating with vendors, and producing cost reports.
  The role serves as the primary expert on processes and systems related to contingent workers, working closely with departments such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, and Legal, as well as with external vendors, to ensure efficient workforce management and governance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, Workforce Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage data-driven processes and handle sensitive information with care.
• High school diploma.
