Role: Contents Manager

Duration: Full-Time
We are seeking a Contents Moving Manager to oversee packing, moving, storage, and return of customers’ belongings during restoration projects. This role leads crews, manages project logistics, maintains accurate inventories, and communicates with customers and the restoration team.
Plan projects, including staffing, supplies, vehicles, storage, and scheduling.
Lead and supervise crews, assign tasks, and inspect completed work.
Oversee packing, moving, loading/unloading, unpacking, and furniture placement.
Maintain accurate inventories, photographs, labels, and project documentation.
Coordinate storage pods, warehouse space, and contents cleaning.
Protect customer belongings and arrange special handling for fragile or valuable items.
Communicate with customers and coordinate pack-outs/move-backs with project managers and contractors.
Maintain safe, professional work practices and ensure proper equipment use.
Experience in moving, contents restoration, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Comfortable working hands-on alongside crews.
Contents restoration experience or certifications are a plus.
Ability to lift and carry furniture and boxes, navigate stairs, and work in properties affected by water, fire, or mold. Schedule flexibility may be required for emergency projects, extended hours, and occasional weekends.
