What You'll Do


As a Contents Cleaning Technician, you will work closely with crew chiefs and production team members to inspect, package, clean, and protect personal property at job sites and in our facility.

• On-Site Preparation: Inventory supplies, load work vans, set up staging areas, and prepare job sites for property restoration.
  
  
• Restoration & Cleaning: Execute specialized cleaning processes following our EZ Production guidelines to restore items damaged by fire, smoke, and water.
  
  
• Team Collaboration: Support the Crew Chief and fellow technicians to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and all customer expectations are met.
  
  
• Site Maintenance: Conduct end-of-day cleanups, restore work sites to a clean and orderly appearance, and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse spaces.
  
  
• Customer Care: Show utmost respect, empathy, and professionalism in handling customers' homes and personal belongings.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Background in cleaning, housekeeping, moving, or logistics is a strong plus!
  
  
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting and moving up to 40 lbs throughout the workday.
  
  
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  
  
• Driver’s License: Valid driver's license required for job site transportation.
  
  
• Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a team environment.
