We are seeking an engaging, detail-oriented Copywriter to support our client, a leading Fortune 100 financial services institution. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and audience-focused medium to long-form content for the client’s digital platforms and enterprise website.
The ideal candidate has a strong editorial mindset, excels at breaking down complex financial topics into accessible and engaging stories, and thrives in a structured, compliance-oriented environment.
Long-Form Content Creation: Research, draft, and edit medium to long-form content—including educational articles, blog posts, thought leadership pieces, guidebooks, and customer resource hubs.
Complex Topic Translation: Simplify intricate financial, banking, or investment concepts into clear, concise, and relatable language tailored to consumer or commercial audiences.
Brand Consistency & Voice: Adhere closely to existing brand tone, style guidelines, and enterprise editorial standards across all written touchpoints.
SEO Optimization: Integrate target keywords and SEO best practices naturally into digital copy to enhance search performance and drive organic web traffic.
Stakeholder & Compliance Alignment: Work collaboratively with internal marketing teams, SEO specialists, subject matter experts (SMEs), and Legal/Compliance reviewers to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Revisions & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from editors, product teams, and legal reviewers swiftly while maintaining narrative flow and audience engagement.
2–5 years of professional copywriting or content writing experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or related corporate/agency environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing published medium to long-form digital content (articles, blog posts, web guides, or white papers).
Solid understanding of digital content best practices, web readability, user engagement, and basic SEO principles.
Exceptional proofreading, editing, and research skills with high attention to factual accuracy and detail.
Ability to manage tight deadlines, navigate stakeholder feedback, and adapt to established brand guidelines.
Familiarity working in regulated or compliance-driven industries is a strong plus.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal storytelling capabilities.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust tone for varied demographics (e.g., retail banking customers vs. high-net-worth investors).
Collaboration: Comfortable working asynchronously and across cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.
