Content & SEO Manager (Beauty Brands) (Remote)

Are you a data-driven marketer with an eye for design and a passion for beauty? We are seeking an Amazon platform focused Content & SEO Manager to own our digital shelf, elevate our beauty portfolio, and supercharge organic growth on Amazon.

You'll blend high-converting storytelling with rigorous SEO tactics to boost organic rankings, drive traffic, and turn shoppers into brand loyalists.

What You'll Do

• Listing & SEO Ownership: Build, optimize, and manage all ASIN content (titles, bullets, backend keywords, images) and execute strategies to maximize discoverability, CTR, and conversion.
• Enhanced Content & Branding: Design and continuously optimize A+ Content and Brand Stores in collaboration with our creative team to deliver a stunning, compliant brand experience.
• Keyword Analytics: Leverage Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and marketplace metrics (BSR, rank, CTR) to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
• Launch & Listing Health: Drive end-to-end launch playbooks for new products, while proactively managing listing suppressions, compliance, and algorithm updates.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon SEO, content management, or digital merchandising.
• Proven SEO & Copywriting Expertise: Track record of writing compelling, keyword-rich copy that balances brand voice with conversion goals.
• Tool Mastery: Expertise in Amazon Brand Analytics and keyword tools like Helium 10 or MerchantWords, plus hands-on A+ Content and Brand Store creation.
• Category Experience: Background in Beauty, Personal Care, or CPG is strongly preferred.
