Job Overview:
Pay Range $63.84hr - $68.84hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of project or account management experience at a healthcare or pharma advertising agency.
- Direct experience managing pharma promotional content through MLR review.
- Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and FDA/OPDP requirements for branded and unbranded materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
- Comfort working directly with creative teams and giving them clear, organized direction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana or Monday.
Responsibilities:
- Own the schedule, the scope and the handoffs on every job that moves through the studio.
- Act as the main point of contact for brand marketers and brand managers.
- Serve as the operational partner to the Creative Director, Art Directors and Designers.
- Keep work moving, protect the team's time and ensure nothing reaches MLR review late or unprepared.
- Intake new requests from brand teams and turn them into clear briefs, timelines and resource plans.
- Run day to day production across multiple concurrent projects and channels.
- Manage project status, priorities and capacity for the creative team.
- Coordinate MLR submissions, track review cycles and manage revisions through approval.
- Route final assets through Veeva and internal distribution channels.
- Flag risks early and resolve scope, timing and resourcing issues before they become problems.
- Help build and refine studio workflows, templates and reporting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in an in house creative or content studio.
- Exposure to modular content and content reuse workflows.
- Experience with AI assisted content production tools.
