As part of the digital organization, the Digital PACS and Care (DPC) Digital Experiences team is building best-in-class capabilities to manage communications that bolster trust and credibility to enhance corporate reputation.
    As a member of DPC Digital Experiences, the Corporate Digital Communications Experiences Manager will lead day-to-day publishing operations for corporate social channels (i.E. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) from content planning to publishing, engagement, and community management.
    In this role, you will oversee and curate a social publishing editorial calendar, coordinate cross-functional input into content development, ensure seamless publishing operations, and continuously evolve tools, ways of working and networked operations to support high-quality social communications.

    What You ll Do for Us
    • Lead end-to-end social publishing operations: Build and manage a strategic editorial calendar, coordinate cross-functional input and approvals, partner with creative teams to produce high-quality assets.
    • Coordinate content calendars and align with global corporate editorial process.
    • Partner cross-functionally to curate and create high-quality social assets aligned to strategic communications objectives.
    • Serve as primary liaison between DPC and PACS team for content development, approvals, and publishing workflows.
    • Own community engagement: Monitor and moderate comments, direct messages, and audience sentiment in alignment with corporate guidelines. Identify engagement opportunities and escalate issues as appropriate.
    • Integrate feedback from audiences and stakeholders to continuously improve content and engagement strategies.
    • Optimize publishing operations by using enterprise tools such as Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager, and Digital Asset Management systems.
    • Deliver superior operations - scale proven best practices, bring clarity to protocols, partner with PACS to improve workflows, etc.

    Qualifications and Requirements
    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor s Degree required - digital, social, communicatons.
    • 5+ years experience in digital communications, social media management, editorial planning, or related field.
    • Proven track record managing high-profile corporate or leadership social media accounts and building engaged online communities in a complex, global organization.
    Functional Skills:
    • Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills across social channels, website and formats (video, static, etc.)
    • Ability to structure and streamline complex workflows in partnership with multiple stakeholders
    • Experience with enterprise-level social media publishing, governance and analytics tools (i.E. Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager)
    • Experience building and maintaining a strategic content calendar
    Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating multiple stakeholder needs
