Position Overview:
  • This Content Management role works as a critical link between Brand Teams, enabling functions, and MLx to ensure Client's Strategic Asset Management AI (SAMai) platform, the UBP Updates Accelerator, content libraries are accurate, searchable, compliant, and activation ready.
  • Part of this role's responsibility is evolving and enhancing the end-to-end strategic document life cycle management in collaboration within the Marketing and Launch Excellence team within CASA.
  • This role offers the opportunity to be a strategic thinker on both the review of the strategic content management and in transforming the operational excellence of the strategic content management.
  • This role is critical to ensure strategic documents are organized, discoverable, compliant, activation ready, and designed to allow enterprise-wise AI integration.

  • The role acts as a key liaison across Brand Teams, Medical, Commercial, IT, Regulatory, Legal, agencies, and business stakeholders to establish scalable content management practices that enable strategic asset utilization, operational excellence, and GenAI-driven content activation.
  • This role owns the integrity, organization, tagging, and accessibility of strategic content within SAMai, and is accountable for metadata/taxonomy standards, tagging accuracy, seamless asset transfer, and building well-structured content libraries that enable GenAI-driven strategy creation and strategic content reuse.
  • This role also coordinates day-to-day user access administration for the UBP Updates Accelerator, ensures the content library remains current through proactive lifecycle management, drives content quality and compliance practices, and oversees content production workflows to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality assets across channels.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Content Management Strategy & Governance:
    • Execute and enhances strategic content management process as set by operating models of SAMai
    • Serves as the strategic content specialist for pre-identified therapeutic areas while working in collaboration with other content specialists as a team
    • Identify, develop, apply, and continuously improve content management capabilities aligned with organizational goals and SAMai roadmap as the platform evolves to integrate with new AI capabilities and onto OASIS
    • Proactively think through ways of enhancement on content availability, reuse opportunities, and content optimization across brands, markets, and enterprise initiatives.
    • Partner with stakeholders to define and achieve goals related to content management growth, efficiency, and content reuse.
  • Content Stewardship, Library Management & Lifecycle Governance:
    • Own the integrity, quality, compliance, accessibility, and discoverability of content across content management systems, including SAMai and related repositories.
    • Maintain content libraries and repositories to ensure only current, approved, and compliant materials remain available.
    • Develop and maintain content resource guides, campaign pages, and content collections that support global brand consistency and strategic messaging.
    • Manage content lifecycle governance including intake, review, archiving, retirement, and version control processes.
    • Conduct periodic content audits to ensure content quality, compliance, and currency.
    • Identify content gaps and collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain comprehensive coverage of strategic assets through collaborative effort within MLx and CASA organization
  • Content Operations & Delivery:
    • Manage content publishing, delivery, activation, and fulfillment processes across content management systems.
    • Responsible for document intake, validation, quality control, transfer, and publishing workflows as applicable to SAMai and SAMai related platforms,
    • Ensure approved content is properly uploaded, maintained, version controlled, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Platform Management & User Access Coordination:
    • Support day-to-day content management platform operations, including SAMai and related content management ecosystems.
    • Coordinate user access administration activities, including onboarding, modifications, role assignments, and access removal in accordance with governance policies and approved access models.
    • Serve as a contact for content-related inquiries, support requests, and platform adoption initiatives.
    • Manage and track platform-related issues, escalations, and stakeholder requests while partnering with business and IT teams to resolve concerns.
    • Collaborate with technology teams to identify enhancement opportunities and support implementation of platform improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Information Technology, agencies, and business units.
    • Collaborate on planning, implementation, and optimization of content management capabilities and enterprise solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for content governance, metadata strategy, content reuse, and content operations.
    • Support agency performance evaluations through feedback and recommendations related to content management execution.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on content governance, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to content usage, reuse, accessibility, quality, and operational effectiveness.
    • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, AI-driven enhancements, and capability expansion.
    • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives related to taxonomy structures, workflows, governance models, and content lifecycle management.
    • Evaluate and implement approved enhancements as content management tools, technologies, and AI capabilities evolve.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree or higher preferred in Life Science, Information Management, Digital Content Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Content Management, SOP Managements, Operations Excellence, Knowledge Management, Content Governance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and implementing content documents management strategy, governance frameworks, and content reuse initiatives.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience overseeing vendor, agency, or external partner relationships preferred.
  • Strong operational process design, workflow optimization, and change management experience.
  • Strong communicator, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams preferably with experience with change management
  • Analytical and proactive problem-solving
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, organizational, and project management skills.
 
Pay Rate: $62.72-$66.53/Hour
