The Content Developer is the production and craft lead within the L&D team. This role is accountable for translating approved instructional designs, storyboards, and learning blueprints into finished, high-quality training content ââ¬â eLearning modules, video, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and other learning materials that reach RaceTrac's frontline retail workforce.
Where the Instructional Designer determines what learning needs to happen and why, the Content Developer determines how it gets built ââ¬â making decisions about visual design, interactivity, pacing, multimedia production, and technical execution that bring the instructional vision to life. This role requires both technical craft and creative judgment, and a deep commitment to consistency, quality, and the learner experience.
