Shift: Days 6:00am - 2:30pm
Payrate: $20.00+ BOE
Standby Personnel is hiring a Content Creator that has experience developing engaging and relevant content to support brand awareness. This role is responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and multimedia channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels. Develop content ideas and campaigns aligned with company goals and target audiences. Write, edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency. Produce or coordinate visual content, including photos, videos, graphics, and presentations. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content projects. Monitor content performance and engagement metrics and recommend improvements. Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to support business initiatives. Ensure all content adheres to company branding and messaging guidelines.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred. MUST HAVE video experience with Adobe Premiere MUST HAVE Photoshop experience Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems. Basic photography, videography, or graphic design skills preferred. Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO best practices is a plus.
