    Job Title: Content Analyst/ Prompt Engineering
    Location: Dallas, TX (*** STRONG PREFERENCE for on-site in Dallas, TX 5 days/week. Will consider remote from anywhere in the U.S. if a strong candidate.)
    Duration: 36 months

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Spearhead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents and emerging AI tools to enable agentic, scalable communications capabilities.
    • Establish AI governance and best practices for AI-enabled, human-inspected workflows.
    • Develop AI prompt engineering libraries, playbooks, and training materials to drive AI adoption across client Business and FirstNet.
    • Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.
    • Support integration of SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities to transform customer communications and onboarding.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
    1. Practice strategic execution: Understand requests, deadlines, how they relate to customer needs, and how they align with business goals.
    2. Handle multiple large-scale initiatives with minimal oversight, prioritizing them accordingly and taking ownership of their completion.
    3. Understand data: Know how, when, and where data is captured, and understand when that data can be used to best serve the customer.
    4. Understand technology: Stay familiar with content inventory, auditing tools, and emerging technology advancements.
    5. Experience with Adobe Analytics and other industry-standard data tools.
    6. Working knowledge of one or more industry-standard data visualization tools.
