    Position Overview

    The Contract Administrator supports the overall team in preparing and issuing project subcontracts, long-form purchase orders, and service contracts. This role collaborates closely with Project Team Members to ensure accurate documentation and efficient administration of all subcontract-related processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Proofread, format, and prepare final contract agreements.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining the database of document management system, including related processes and procedures.
    • Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to purchasing teams across projects.
    • Enter and track all subcontract costs.

    • Construction industry knowledge a strong plus.
