Description
Contact Center Representatives.
Eligible for 1 Hybrid Remote Day/Week post 90 days.
8:00am to 6:00pm, will work an 8hr. shift.
Rotating Saturdays.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls, establishing new membership accounts, deposit accounts, and lending products while maintaining daily operational duties.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years call center, customer service, financial services, banking or insurance experience.
Banking experience is preferred.
Stong critical thinking skills.
