About the Contact Center Associate Role
The Contact Center Associate will join a newly created team supporting the organization’s member services, lending, and debt resolution functions. This position will coordinate documents, track internal requests, organize files, and gather member or account information for different departments.
The role is primarily internally facing and will serve as a liaison among several teams. The Contact Center Associate will follow up on outstanding items, help manage competing deliverables, and ensure information is routed accurately and efficiently.
