This role is responsible for evaluating and recommending the best products for our customers' needs, helping our customers through the application process from initial paperwork to gathering necessary financial information and documents. Full-time and part-time employees have access to a 401(k) plan, an enhanced Wellness program, tuition reimbursement and tons of professional development opportunities! Essential Functions Prospects new lending opportunities and recommend the best products based on the customers individual needs Cross sells other services and products that can create more efficiency and savings for our customers Conducts Customer Outreach and Support Calls (by phone and in-person) on customers, prospective clients, and centers of influence clients and tracks activity in bank's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Manages account data Maintains approval and Rejection Records Processes Loan applications, gather financial data, establish payment plans, delver details of loan proposal to perspective borrowers Develops new business through contacts with realtors, builders, banking centers and other lines of business referrals Collects Customer Financial information and input into correct processing software  Ensures exceptional customer experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners Analyzes customer tax returns/credit reports/ financial statements to verify eligibility Verifies collateral values Scans all documents and prepare files for loan administration processing Assists in creating loan committee worksheets for presentation to loan committee and present loan applications to loan committee for approval as required Works with loan processing to order appraisals, title work, and any closing loan docs  Stays in communication with customers regarding status of loan applications and process Communicates with insurance agents, realtors, home owner's association representatives as needed  Performs Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and federal tax lien searches as needed Inspects construction progress on applicable loans Attends loan closing event and prepare all post-documentation for filing Fills out and submit loan maintenance forms when loan addendums are needed  Networks within communities to build relationships and identify potential customers Runs Loan payoffs for Richwood Bank customers Contacts current loan customers with substantial loans for annual financial information collections as required by federal reserve  Attends meetings and other committees Responds to Security Alarms if they are triggered  Ensures data are in line with national and local financial rules Ensures compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies throughout the process Participates in assigned trainings  Assists branch personnel with general opening/closing procedures and dual control measures when staffing requires Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills Must possess strong interpersonal skills Must be adept at problem solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, and members of management team Dependable Punctual High degree of accuracy Analyze complex financial data Detailed and organized  Maintain confidentiality at all times Well versed in consultative selling; ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and close sales.  Maintain a positive can-do attitude towards your team and customers Driven to succeed and open minded to learn more about new technology within our industry Familiarity with financial terms and practices Strong analysis and organizational skills Ability to gather, analyze, and assess data Accurate typing skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail Ability to be NMLS registeredEducation High School Diploma or GED required  Bachelor's degree in finance or Business Administration or equivalent years of experience required Banking experience preferred Sales experience preferredAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, The Richwood Banking Company does not discriminate in hiring or terms and conditions of employment because of an individual's race, creed, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability or national origin.
