Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting the Consumer Investments Controls & Supervision organization to create a best-in-class overall client experience and risk controls environment. The role will focus on supporting the Platform & Product Controls team with, mitigating risk, triaging platform incidents with key stakeholders, and preparing Business Continuity plans for major market events. The role will specifically focus on key areas within the team, including but not limited to managing real-time platform incidents and proactive approaches to major market events. The candidate must be comfortable in developing relationships that are necessary to achieve resolution and project management while navigating a complex organization. In addition, development and ongoing review of templates, playbooks and other critical information. The position also will help to identify business risk and associates controls in order to mitigate operational, systematic, reputational, operational and credit risk. This individual will help establish communication forums with internal clients and business partners, identify opportunities to improve internal processes. The candidates will also help establish action plans for initiatives/projects to help move the business forward. The desired candidate will possess a committed focus on meeting client needs while focusing on associate experience and always exceeding expectations.

This job is responsible for leading and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and milestones.

Pay range
$104,000.00 - $159,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
