We are seeking a talented and highly motivated AP Specialist to join our Consulting Consulting team. This role will be instrumental in managing and executing the company's accounts payable function. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, and demonstrate proficiency in Netsuite, Purchase Order (PO) Management, and Microsoft Excel. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable process, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling all vendor invoices.
• Maintain updated records of all payments and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform daily financial transactions, including classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
• Prepare regular reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts payable performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all financial data has been received and processed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Work closely with the financial team to improve financial processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an AP Specialist role or similar position.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Netsuite and PO Management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to thoroughly review and understand financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
