Daily Responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments with interested members and families
  • Conduct virtual benefit presentations
  • Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Use basic computer systems to manage client information
  • Complete required applications and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes
  • Support quality control and client satisfaction
  • Participate in leadership development and ongoing training
