The Consultant V provides strategic and operational process consulting for the California SalesConnect system and renewal systems ecosystem, driving change management through system adoption, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional partners and platforms. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading complex transformations, scaling system capabilities, enabling user upskilling, and designing client service models, with a proven ability to execute in highly matrixed environments and lead through direct or indirect influence. This role requires deep expertise in process improvement and systems support, including system rollouts, change management, decision readiness, onboarding new hires, and developing business cases and investment narratives that support go-to-market modernization priorities within national health plan or insurance environments. An ideal candidate will have consulting experience in a national insurance or healthcare system, advanced education such as a Master of Health Administration, and industry-recognized certifications such as PROSCI Change Management, PMP, PfMP, Health Insurance Associate (HIA), PAHM, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), or Registered Health Educator (RHEd). Additional valued experience includes proficiency in Salesforce.com (including dashboards, reporting, and transitions from Classic to Lightning), GenAI certification, and formal training or certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt, Green Belt, or Associate Improvement Advisor).
