Job Summary

The Consultant will play a key role in supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP-based solutions for Dassian clients. This position focuses on translating business requirements into functional specifications, configuring SAP modules, and ensuring successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis: Work with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements. Solution Configuration: Configure SAP modules to meet client needs under the guidance of the Business Solutions Architect. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, execute system testing, and support user acceptance testing. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and recommend best practices. Documentation: Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration guides, and process documentation. Client Support: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope. Continuous Learning: Stay current on SAP technologies and Dassian’s product suite to enhance solution capabilities.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, PS).
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SAP integration concepts and Agile methodologies.

Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate preferred but not required.
