In this role you will implement, configure, and support our SAP-based program planning and control solutions for clients that run complex, project-based programs. Your work will turn detailed program cost, schedule, and earned value requirements into configured, compliant, and audit-ready solutions on SAP S/4HANA

What you'll do
Deliver Dassian's program management solutions to clients, taking requirements through to a configured, compliant, audit-ready result.
Ensure Dassian solutions integrate cleanly across SAP Project Systems (PS) and the wider SAP project and portfolio landscape.
Serve as the functional expert who translates client business needs into working Dassian solutions alongside our technical teams.
Required skills and experience
Minimum three years hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems (PS), including project structures and networks, cost planning, scheduling, earned value, and resource management.
Experience in Aerospace and Defense, or a related project-based or highly regulated field such as government contracting, engineering and construction, or engineer-to-order manufacturing.
Extensive knowledge of Project Management Institute processes, particularly earned value, scheduling, and costing.
Working knowledge of Federal standards for Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and how they drive system design.
Proven delivery of program management or project controls solutions in an SAP functional or configuration role, including requirements, configuration, testing, and training.
Strong client-facing communication, comfortable leading requirements sessions and training end users.
Desirable
Knowledge of the wider Dassian product suite: contract management, managerial and cost accounting, program management, and material accounting and logistics.
Experience supporting EVMS audits or compliance reviews for Federal contractors.
Familiarity with Aerospace and Defense compliance and audit requirements such as FAR, DFARS, CAS, and DCAA/DCMA.
