Consultant-Talent Acquisition

Job Description

Overview

Partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition support. Manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment. Aligns candidate skills and abilities, with openings, to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience. Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts.

  • Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
  • Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
  • Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization.
