Job Summary:
The Operations / Consultant Support Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and managing key operational communications related to consultants. This role serves as a central point of contact to ensure emails and requests are routed to the appropriate teams, consultants are supported throughout their engagement, and timesheet and VMS-related processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review all incoming emails related to consultant extensions, terminations, payroll, timesheets, and benefits, and assign or route them to the appropriate team or individual
  • Send welcome emails and onboarding communications to upcoming starts
  • Proactively reach out to consultants to assist with VMS (timesheet portal) registration and resolve any access issues
  • Provide guidance and support on the timesheet entry process, addressing questions or concerns as needed
  • Work closely with the timesheet team to manage timesheet updates, VMS changes, and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate furlough-related updates in coordination with internal teams
  • Act as a liaison between consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and clear communication
Required Experience:
