Skill: Technology Risk Governance & Procedure Development Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Governance & Procedure Development Consultant to support the development, documentation, and maintenance of operational procedures aligned with enterprise Technology Risk Management (TRM) policies. The ideal candidate will convert policy requirements into practical, auditable, and executable procedures while collaborating across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security, Legal, and Audit teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technology risk and governance procedures aligned with enterprise policies and controls.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable process steps, approvals, control activities, evidence requirements, and escalation procedures.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and workshops to document current and future-state processes.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure procedures are compliant and operationally effective.
• Support audit and regulatory readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, traceable, and defensible.
• Facilitate procedure reviews, approvals, and ongoing governance activities.
• Document risks, controls, governance processes, and operating procedures for highly regulated environments.

Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000 a year
