    We are looking for a skilled Oracle Retail MFCS Functional SME with strong experience in Merchandising modules to support implementation and testing programs. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery across Oracle Retail solutions, including RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform end-to-end QA activities for Oracle Retail implementation programs (SIT, UAT, regression testing).

    Design, review, and execute test scenarios and test cases for merchandising modules (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).

    Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements and system configurations.

    Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.

    Support data validation, reconciliation, and integration testing across systems.

    Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and reporting metrics.

    Work closely with business stakeholders for UAT coordination and sign-off readiness.

    Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes, automation opportunities, and testing accelerators.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).

    Proven experience working as QA or Functional SME in Oracle Retail programs.

    Strong experience in QA/testing for implementation programs (SIT/UAT phases).

    Good understanding of retail business processes (inventory, pricing, invoice matching, sales audit).

    Experience in test case design, defect management, and QA lifecycle processes.

    Hands-on experience with SQL/data validation and reconciliation checks.

    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Skills

    Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service).

    Experience in cloud-based Oracle Retail implementations is an added advantage.

    Familiarity with test automation tools / frameworks is a plus.

    Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent.
