    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath.
    • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
    • Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
    • Integrate RPA solutions with third-party systems and APIs.
    • Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for structured and unstructured documents.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
    • Manage bot lifecycle including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 4 to 8 years of overall IT experience with strong RPA exposure.
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development is mandatory.
    • Hands-on experience in Python is mandatory.
    • Experience in implementing IDP solutions is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).
    • Experience with API integrations, databases, and version control systems is mandatory.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
