About This Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Controllership professional with a strong background in manufacturing environments to support financial operations, accounting oversight, and business performance. This role will partner closely with finance and operational leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring deep controllership expertise, experience within manufacturing organizations, and familiarity with major ERP platforms.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and support controllership and accounting functions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies.
  • Partner with operations and finance leadership to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
  • Manage financial reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Progressive experience in Controllership and/or Accounting leadership roles.
  • Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with one or more major ERP systems, including:

o Oracle

o SAP

o Workday

o JD Edwards (JDE)

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations.
  • Manufacturing cost accounting exposure.
