Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance and benefits needs through attentive listening and clear questioning.
• Provide clear and friendly explanations of various insurance and benefit options.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable plans based on their individual circumstances.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with patience and support.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any emerging questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
